Oneida Dinnerware Review...

Do you love entertaining this time of year and having your friends over for holiday dinner parties? Well soon we will be in our new home and I can't wait to start doing just that! Well to host the perfect dinner party you need a good presentation, great friends & food and the perfect dinnerware! (I love this Ho Ho Ho Holiday Collection)

Well I recently had the opportunity to review some dinnerware from Oneida called the Chefs Palette Soft Square Coupe 16 Piece Service for 4 which is on sale for only $49.99!! The original price was $140.00 so if you're looking for dinnerware this is a GREAT deal as you can get 3 sets for almost the original price!

Make a Clean Impression with the Chefs Palette Soft Square Coupe dinnerware. The strength and simplicity of this collection are what define it. The gentle aesthetic details add subtle touches that will accentuate your epicurean creations, while ultra-durable porcelain makes Chef's Palette restaurant-quality. Perfect for the chef-at-heart or anyone looking to enhance their table presentation, this collection can be mixed and matched with pieces from Chef's Table for more creative tabletops. Let me tell you I am SO impressed with my new dinnerware from Oneida. Why? Well it's looks so expensive but is so durable! It is made from fine porcelain but is dishwasher AND microwave safe which I love because with having a busy family we don't have time to wash dishes by hand and I am always warming something up in the microwave for my kids! I am also impressed by Oneida's 3 Year N0-Chip Warranty on place setting items! How great is that!

Another great thing about Oneida is that you don't have to keep buying full place settings, you can just purchase the items that you need! So if I want 4 more dinner plates but nothing else, I can go ahead and purchase those separately which I love! I also love that I can mix and match my dinnerware. The Chefs Palette Collection consists of many more styles like round plates, plates with an embossed edge so I can fancy my dinnerware up and even a more defined square design called the "hard square". Dinnerware should be fun I think, so mixing and matching makes it less boring :)

Oneida not only makes Dinnerware but they also have Fine Flatware, Casual Flatware, Kitchenware, Drinkware and even Baby items!

  1. Hello! I realize this post is several years old, but am so glad I found it. I just saw the soft square coupe collection on sale online, and was wondering if you might be able to shed light on the following:

    1. Do you consider the salad plates to be on the heavier/thicker side, the lighter/thinner side, or in between?

    2. Is it 8 3/4" inches diagonally, or straight across?

    3. Does it seem to be true white? Tinted a little blue/gray, or yellow, etc.?

I can't seem to find any reviews of the collection any where, and am a little nervous about buying them without first seeing/touching them in person. I'd be extremely grateful for any input about them. Thanks!
