With summer still in full swing we have been using the pool like crazy! It's been in the 90's almost everyday and it's just been to hot to be doing anything else.
The boys love swimming and are both doing so well, but sometimes they just get bored! Recently we were sent a really fun water toy from Discovery Toys for review. Jace and Grady were so excited to see a package for them and couldn't wait to see what was inside!
They were each sent a Hydroblast ($17.50) water launcher from Discovery Toys. The Hydroblast will pump up outdoor fun and is poised to promote large and small motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and visual acuity. To operate the Hydroblast, your child dips the tip into water, pulls back on the handle to vacuum up the water, aims and then pushes the handle to spray! It's simple physics in action: the harder your child pushes, the farther the water travels!
The Hydroblast is recommended for ages 6 & up but it didn't take long for Jace(4) and Grady(2) to figure them out! These have become their favorite thing at the pool in recent days! I can't believe how far the Hydroblast sprays! Jace will say "mommy look it's spraying into the clouds!" it really does spray a long way, not quite that far but it must look that way in a 4 year old's perspective!
I love that the Hydroblast is very light and encased in safe foam. They actually just float on top of the water! They are made from waterproof fabric and measure 23.75" long when closed. Here are some great key benefits of your kids playing with the Hydroblast product...
