Jari Love - Get RIPPED! Fitness DVD's Review and Give-a-way...


Summer time is so busy and it's hard for me to get to a gym especially when I know I'm going to have to workout inside. So I was excited when Jari Love sent me 2 video's from her Get Ripped DVD collection...

Jari Love is a certified personal trainer and the creator of Get RIPPED!, the multiphase, no-nonsense full body workout system designed to help people of any fitness level shed unwanted pounds in just weeks. The hot-selling and critically acclaimed Get RIPPED! series enables individuals to burn up to three times more calories than the traditional weight-training program, and has received rave reviews from fitness critics throughout North America since the first title debuted in late 2005.


I was sent the Get Extremely RIPPED! 1000 and was so excited to try it as it was rated a Top Pick by Oprah & Friends satellite radio network personality Gayle King in her “December 2010 Gift Guide” column in Oprahmagazine. It also was rated “Best Calorie-Burning Session” in the February 2010 issue of Fitness magazine






and the 2nd video sent was the Get Extremely RIPPED! Bootcamp DVD. I have been doing these for about a week and oh my goodness can I feel the burn!! Not only can I feel the burn but these videos are so fun! I have been getting up early since it gets sunny out so early now and the boys are still sleeping. I can fit in one of the Get RIPPED! workouts in the peace and quietness of my living room and have it out of the way for the day- which I LOVE!



What I love most about these video's is that you can change them up. With the Bootcamp video you can choose from 6 - 10 minute workouts, 2 - 30 minutes workouts, the full hour workout or you can choose to do just the cardio, just the abs or just the weights so it is never the same and will keep you more interested and it never gets boring!

The Get Extremely RIPPED! 1000 video is also so great. It is specifically designed to burn 1000 calories in 1 hour turning your body into a veritable carb-burning, fat melting machine. If you don't have a full hour you do have the option of doing 2 -30 minute workouts with this one as well!

I'm so happy that I had the opportunity to try these videos! Jari Love is so inspiring - just look at her ripped body...ahhhh makes me want to do them more and more! I have to say they were very hard at first but do give you modifications on the video so you can work your way up to everything. It is getting "a little easier" ha but that's why they are so intense so you can be RIPPED! :)
