Repechage Mineral Makeup Review...

Repechage is one of my favorite skincare lines.  I have tried several of their products and have loved each one.  Well they also have a cosmetics line and I was so excited when they offered to send me a few of those products for review!

So let me show you what I received to try...

The 1st product was the Repechage Perfect Skin Liquid Foundation with SPF 12.  I don't know about you guys but a good base for the rest of my makeup is essential.  Yes I like to look natural but my skin is definitely not perfect so a product that makes it look better always helps.

Repêchage Perfect Skin Liquid Foundation, based on mineral and vitamin rich seaweeds, gives skin a flawless and silky smooth appearance. Rich in anti-oxidants A, E & C, this unique formula hydrates, protects and nourishes. Will never clog pores and allows the skin to breathe naturally. Available in eight shades: 01 (light) to 6 (dark) with a SPF12.

I have been wearing this foundation for over a month now and really love the way it makes my skin look and feel.  It goes on smooth and blends evenly giving me a fresh appearance making all of my other products much easier to apply!  I really like that it has SPF 12 built right into it, it won't clog my pores, is fragrance free and like I said makes my skin look and feel so good!

The 2nd product is one of my fave's - I am a lip gloss addict so I couldn't wait to try the Repechage Conditioning Lip Gloss.

Repêchage's unique formula of Laminaria Digitata and Ascophyllum Nodosum Seaweeds along with Shea Butter provides deep moisturization, protection and long-lasting color. Vitamin and mineral-rich with natural Peach-Vanilla flavor. Wear alone for a sheer neutral look or apply over lipstick for luminous accent.

This lip gloss comes in 3 gorgeous shades - Aura, Mantra and Rock Star which I received. Rock Star is the prettiest sheer pink color.  It really does condition my lips, makes them a pretty color and I LOVE the smell of it as it has hints of peach and vanilla, yum!

The Repechage Mineral Makeup line also consists of...

Powders -  Repêchage powders are perfect for touch-ups throughout the day. Natural seaweed sun filteration helps protect the skin. Sodium bicarbonate helps keep product and applicator clean and fresh and prevents comedone buildup. Won't clog pores or cause blackheads. A featherweight, flawless, silky powder with a non-comedogenic formula.

Concealers - The Repêchage Perfecting Concealers are based on a special fragrance-free formula of natural ingredients that depuff as they conceal. Enteromorpha Compressa Seaweed is known for its soothing & regenerative properties in addition to reducing puffiness and swelling on the skin. Cucumber oil cools and calms and provides an anti-inflammatory action. Great for sensitive skin!

Mascara - The Repêchage Mascara contains the vitamin-rich seaweed extract of Fucus Vesiculosus, which forms a protective and water resistant shield over the lashes creating a luscious look. This seaweed extract provides bacteriostatic action and balanced protection. This non-smudging Mascara is fragrance free, hypo allergenic and designed to color, separate and thicken lashes while promoting lash health.

  1. The wife asked me to help her look for a new line of makeup since, as she put it, her old one just wasn't working anymore. Looks like my search is over.
