John Frieda Curling Iron Review...

For over 20 years, the John Frieda hair care experts have been defining style.  Now the leader in transformational hair care has helped inspire a line of professional appliances to totally transform frizzy, dull flyaway hair.  Advanced ionic conditioning enhances manageability and leaves hair looking and feeling healthy, smooth and shiny.

I was recently able to review the John Frieda Tight Curls 1" Barrel Curling Iron and I love all of it's features.

It features 30 second instant heat - that's right with the touch of the LCD temperature control button you can have your curling iron ready to go in seconds.  No longer do you have to wait around for your curling iron to heat up because this one is ready almost instantly and goes up to 400 degrees.

I also like that it features a smooth ceramic titanium coated barrel that offers up to 50% more ions giving your hair a smooth, even curl every time.  You will also love the long swivel cord and the auto shutoff function just in case you accidentally leave your iron on.

So I put this curling iron to test using it on my 15 year old cousins hair when she came to stay with us over spring break...so this is Kaitlin before we curled her hair...

This is what it looked like in the process of curling it...

and this is what the finished product looked like...

It made her hair so shiny and the curls were just gorgeous.  It looked great down, but we loved that it made a really fun curly side ponytail too...

Such a pretty girl :-)

I would definitely purchase another John Frieda product.  This one works great, heats up fast, is lightweight and does a great job curling hair!

John Frieda offers curling irons, hair dryers, flat irons a full line of hairbrushes and haircare / styling products.

  1. I've tried different brands and the best one for me is the Karmin G3 Salon Pro Clipless Curling Iron , it works amazing and makes pretty long lasting curls. :P
