Nutrisystem Week 11 Jenna / Week 7 Craig



Jenna's Nutrisystem Journey Week 11
 
It's been 11 weeks and I am down .2 lbs, a little disappointed that I haven't lost more the last couple of weeks, but I am also grateful that I haven't gained either.  I would have never imagined that I could lose almost 10 lbs on the plan.  
We got an e-mail from Nutrisystem that we get to try some new foods in the next order and I am so excited to get the shipment and see what it contains.  With anything you get bored over time and I am ready to see what else they have to offer.  Unlike my husband I like almost everything on the plan which helps.  Let me show you some of my favorite food items.
 
FAVORITE'S...
Breakfast-- Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Ham and Cheese Omlet's and the pancakes and french toast.  I don't mind the muffin's but they are a little dry.  
Lunch-- Cheesy Homestyle Potato Mix, ALL of the soups and I really like their subs.
Dinner-- My favorite dinner item's are Thick Crust Pizza, Hearty Beef Stew and the Chicken and Dumplings.  However, I really didn't like the Mushroom Risotto.

1st Week - Starting Weight 131.4

2nd Week - 127.8
3rd Week - 125.8
4th Week - 123.8
5th Week 125.2
6th Week 124 
7th Week 122.8

10th Week 121.8
11th 121.7 

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS = 9.7 LBS

Craig's Nutrisystem Journey Week 7
 
I have lost another 2 lbs. which is a lot better than last week.  It hasn't been easy, but the workouts apparently are paying off.  I went from 226 down to but 213.  Next Week is going to be crazy with Thanksgiving and work (I work retail) and I am glad that Nutrisystem provides me with on the go foods to help keep me on Track.

4th Week - 216.5

7th Week -213
 
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS = 13 LBS
 
I have lost a total of 11 pounds and it feels great.
