Nutrisystem Week 6 Jenna / Week 2 Craig

Jenna's Nutrisystem Journey Week 6

Today I am excited to tell you that I was back on track with my weight loss after gaining last week.  Losing weight is no easy task.  Staying on track with eating and exercise is a constant battle for me.  With Nutrisystem there are so many tools to help you stay on track and give you the support you need.  It definitely makes it easier having the meals readily available.  The next thing that makes it so easy for me is the Nutrisystem App on my phone.  I don't think I have talked about this before.  You go in each day and you can track your water intake.  It shows you pictures of glasses of water and you just tap on how many you have drank.  I love that I can go in and see much I have consumed and how many more I need for the day.

The app also allows you to track your food intake.  Whether you eat a Nutrisystem food, a grocery item or your own food you can easily track it and it also shows you how many calories each item is and how many you have taken in, love this!  After you log your food you then can add your exercise for the day.  This is extremely helpful for me.  It holds me accountable and I get disappointed in myself if I don't have any exercise to log.

Here are my current stat's...

1st Week - Starting Weight 131.4
2nd Week - 127.8
3rd Week - 125.8
4th Week - 123.8
5th Week 125.2
6th Week 124

I am looking forward to next week and my goal is to at least see 123 again on the scale!

Craig's Nutrisystem Journey -- Week 2

I have just completed my second week on the Nutrisystem Men's Success plan.  I am starting to enjoy the food more.  Some of the things that I have been eating are the Grilled Chicken Breast's, Flame Broiled Beef Patty and the Cheesy Homestyle Potato's Mix.  Most people would think that on a diet plan you couldn't eat "real" food but you can and it's all easy to prepare.  You can ask my wife, I am no chef but I can make these on my own.  The breakfast item's are easy to grab on my way out the door and the lunch item's are easily microwavable at work.  Before starting the plan I was eating out most days for lunch and now I eat a Nutrisystem entree everyday.  I have also cut out all regular soda from my diet and limit the diet soda I drink daily.  I am drinking my daily protein shakes and consuming a lot more water than I ever have. The added water intake along with eating more frequently has curbed my appetite and I haven't been snacking like I used to.  So here is this week's update...

Starting Weight - 226

1st Week - 220
2nd Week -220

I haven't lost any weight this week as you can see. I will be back next week to give you another update.  Thank you for following me on this journey.
