Nutrisystem Week 7 Jenna / Week 3 Craig

Jenna's Nutrisystem Journey Week 7  

I have been working out so hard and am so excited to tell you that I have lost another pound!  I know that doesn't sound like much, but for me to lose another pound and be closer to my goal weight it really is an accomplishment for me!  Since Craig is also on the program it makes it 100% easier to stick with it since we are both doing it.  Before he started on it, I still had to make him dinner and he ate whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted and it just tempts you to eat unhealthy foods.  Losing weight is a challenge as I have always said, but having a partner who wants the same things as you and can encourage along the way is the best thing. 

Nutrisystem is like a partner too.  When you join Nutrisystem you get a world of support.  When you log onto their website you are able to connect with a counselor if you need to, you can use their Fitness Forums, check out their Recipe Center and so much more.  You will not be alone on your journey.  If there is anything you need to know or any support you need along the way, they are right there with you.

Craig's Nutrisystem Journey Week 8

Well it's been 3 weeks guys.  I am getting accustomed to my new diet.  It's been a hard few weeks but it is definitely getting easier for me.  There are some foods that I just haven't liked and so I have traded with Jenna.  She is not picky like I am and I am glad she is willing to let me trade her some items.  I am a meat guy so when I get ready to place my next order I will be getting more of the grilled chicken and burgers. 

After not losing anything last week I have decided to start walking on the treadmill.  I know that eating right and exercising goes two in two so it's my next goal. I have been walking for a few miles a couple of days a week and I think it has really helped....

Starting Weight - 226

1st Week - 220
2nd Week -220 
3rd Week - 218


I lost 2 pounds this week and feel great about that.  I will be back next week to give you another update.
