Nutrisystem Week 10 Jenna / Week 6 Craig

Jenna's Nutrisystem Journey Week 10
It's week 10 for me on the Nutrisystem plan, I can't believe that I have come this far!  I am still exercising along with pushing myself to get the daily water intake in etc...  It's easier and easier each week to stay on track.  

I would love to take this week to answer any questions about the program that you may have.  It can be about anything - The food, what my daily meal's look like, how I fit in exercise, what the Nutrisystem website offers as far as support or just anything that you can think of!  Starting something new is always a challenge and I would love to help you out in any ways that I can.  It feels good to know that I am eating better, drinking more water, getting more in shape and just living an overall better lifestyle than I was 10 weeks ago!

Craig's Nutrisystem Journey Week 6
I didn't lose any weight this week, but I did weigh exactly the same as last week when I stepped on the scale. It's better than getting on and gaining i guess.  I have to talk about the food again this week.  As I try more things there are some that I really like and some that I just can't eat at all.  I could sit here and lie to you about how great some of them taste, but let's be honest I am here to give you a fair review.
Let's talk about breakfast.  I tried the Vegetable Scramble this week and it just wasn't good.  From the taste to the smell, I just couldn't eat it.  I am glad that there are so many other foods that I do like.  If I had to recommend a few of the breakfast item's to you I would choose the Apple Strudel Bar, the Harvest Nut Bar and the Cranberry Orange Pastry is pretty awesome too.  
For lunch I usually have one of the lunch bars like the Chocolate Raspberry Bar or the Trail Mix Bar.  They actually taste really good and I add string cheese, a salad or something else healthy to it. I stay pretty throughout the day and don't have time to run home and cook something so this is convenient.  Once in awhile I will bring something microwavable but I find the bars to be the easiest with a busy schedule. 

For dinner there have also been a few item's that I can't eat. The Chicken Alfredo is not my favorite and the chili with beans is almost to thick for my taste.  I could live on their Grilled Chicken Breast's and Burgers though.  They are both great. I can't complain about the desserts.  They are all pretty good.

I have lost a total of 11 pounds and it feels great.
