Happy Easter --Eggland's Best Brunch Review and Give-a-way ends on 04/10/2013

Easter is this weekend, how will you be celebrating? A great way to celebrate and to get family together is by hosting a healthy brunch for your friends and family.

Did you know that March is National Nutrition Month too? To celebrate Eggland's Best asked me to host my own "Eggland's Best Brunch" and I did just that!

With the help of Eggland's Best we had a wonderful brunch and I felt confident serving eggs that not only tasted great, but also offered superior nutrition. Did you know that Eggland's Best eggs offer 10 times more vitamin E than ordinary eggs. Double the amount of omega-3's, twice the amount of vitamin D, 3 times more vitamin B12, 25% less saturated fat and 38% more lutein.

Eggland's Best sent me an Eggland's Best gift pack to help me get started planning my brunch.

Included in the gift pack were the following products (Lucky for you, you will have the chance to win the same exact gift pack!!)...

1- Coupon for one free dozen of Eggland's Best Eggs
1- Ceramic mixing bowl
1- Egg-shaped wooden cutting board

-- The Jackson Five Family's "Eggland's Best Brunch" --

I'm egg-cited to share my brunch with you guys! :-) I invited my parent's and my grandma over for brunch last Sunday. Little did they know, but they had to help. Okay who are we kidding my grandma is the BEST breakfast cook around and she was more than glad to help. My mom was a huge help too

We had made to order eggs --I love mine over easy...mmm nothing better than a dippin' egg! My husband only eats the whites and the boys', well they like flat eggs. That's an egg made in the bottom of a frying pan and flipped once, don't even think about scrambling them!

My mom made pancakes and grandma also made bacon and sausage.

We had fresh strawberries and bananas, cucumber/lemon water, orange juice and milk too!

It was so good and we had fun just getting together around the table for breakfast, no I mean lunch... okay okay brunch!
