A Perfect Mother's Day Gift from GetUncommon.com

Mother's Day is almost here and we have a great gift idea to share with you from Get Uncommon.

Your refrigerator and bulletin boards are probably like mine, overflowing with your children's finger-paintings, scribbles and colorful art drawings. Well now you can take your favorite piece of artwork, snap a picture of it and upload it to GetUncommon.com to create a personalized one-of-a kind iPhone, iPod or iPad Case!

My boys' drew the above picture for me and I couldn't wait to turn it into an iPhone case. I got busy and uploaded the picture to their site. After doing it I actually had to resize it to fit the case and had to have Grady move his name below Jace's for it to fit correctly, but it was a minor change to make it work. I then used an editing site to change the colors a little and added "Happy Mother's Day" to it to make it extra special and this is the picture we ended up with...

It says Jace and Grady loves mom --Happy Mother's Day! The case came and I am in love with it.

It's a unique gift that I will cherish for a long time. I love that no one else in the world will have the same case as I do and the boys couldn't be prouder to have their artwork displayed on the back of mommy's phone!

  3. My boys are grown, but,I've saved some of their early artwork and it's started to get yellowed. The case would help protect it and I think they'd get a kick seeing it displayed on one of my walls.
