C is for Cereal...

My kids love cereal. They eat it for breakfast, love to snack on it and once in a while even eat it for a meal. Bad mom? Maybe, but hey at least I know they are eating and getting some nutrients at the same time!

Today I'm excited to introduce you to Post's new Sesame Street Cereal that your kids will love! Their are two kinds available and we tried both --A is for Apple and B is for Banana.

What you will love about this new cereal is that it is specially formulated to meet a growing toddler's needs. It provides them with 2/3 of their daily whole grains serving and only has 1 gram of sugar!

Your kids will love that the A is for Apple cereal features their furry friend Elmo on the box and B is for Banana features everyone's favorite, Cookie Monster!

As a parent you will love that this new cereal is specially formulated to meet a growing toddler's needs, providing them with 2/3 of their daily whole grains per serving with only 1 gram of sugar. It also provides iron, zin and choline to help support healthy brain development and does not contain any artificial flavors.

WHAT MY KIDS THOUGHT....

So what did my kids think? Grady loved the cereal. He loved the boxes featuring his favorite Sesame Street characters and also loved the fun, educational activities featured on the back of each. He had fun playing with the x and o shaped cereal as he ate it too!

Jace, our 7 year old wasn't too excited about this cereal. He said it was for babies and didn't like the flavors. I tried it myself and it's pretty good. If you are used to very sugary cereals, which I'm sad to say my older one is then yes I can see why he didn't like it. It's made with no artificial flavors which most are these days

This cereal is perfect for toddler's and even preschoolers like Grady. It's easy to eat, perfect for little fingers to pick up and they will love the hints of apple and banana flavor that it offers. I really like that it offers 22g of Whole Grains per 27g serving with hardly any sugar.
