Take the Allegra Outdoor Challenge and win an Allegra Outdoor Fitness Pack...

Do you or someone in your family suffer from seasonal allergies? Our son does and it's terrible to see him all stuffed up and sneezing. It can affect time outdoors and fun activities when you are an allergy sufferer, but it doesn't have to be that way!

Allegra has teamed up with basketball All-Star Lisa Leslie to make sure allergies don't sideline your family's outdoor fun! Lisa and Allegra have created the "Allegra Outdoor Challenge," a series of fun and affordable workout tips to help show families that with Allegra, and a little creativity, your seasonal allergies don't have to stop you from getting outdoors and having a good time

Allegra's family of products include Allegra Allergy, Allegra-D, and Children's Allegra which all provide effective, long-lasting (one dose lasts at least12 hours!!), non-drowsy relief of seasonal allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing and itchy watery eyes.

Don't let your allergies keep you from being outdoors this spring and doing some of your favorite things! Our family is taking the Allegra Outdoor Challenge and they sent over some fun products to help us get started...

We received a basketball, jump rope, sidewalk chalk, a Finish Line Gift Card and of course some Allegra to help us sideline our allergies and get outdoors!

The boys are so active and had so much fun shooting some hoops, playing with their sidewalk chalk and attempting to jump rope ;-)

I love getting on Allegra's Facebook page and checking out Lisa's tips for getting outdoors and having some family fun! Let me share a few with you...

Friendly Competition -- Lisa suggests getting out a timer and a dry erase board and challenging your kids to a fun relay race. They will have fun racing across the yard and seeing their best times displayed on the board.

Scavenger Hunt -- If your family is planning a nature hike, Lisa suggests turning it into a fun Scavenger Hunt! Before you set off come up with a list of challenges like finding a log to climb over, or racing to the first birch tree you see and back. The whole family can get involved and have some fun!

Playground Workout -- If you are like me you spend a lot of time at the playground or park. I love that Lisa offers some great exercises using the the monkey bars, park bench and other ever-so-popular playground equipment. Use a sturdy edge of a park bench to do leg-lifts and toe-touches or use the monkey bars to see who can hang on the longest. So much fun!

No matter how you choose to spend your time outdoors don't let allergies get in the way, get Allegra!

One lucky reader is going to win an Allegra Outdoor Fitness Pack that is packed with goodies like Allegra, a Finish Line GC, a basketball more!
