SpringHill Suites by Marriott --Pigeon Forge, Tennessee...

While visiting Pigeon Forge, TN a few weeks ago we booked a room at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott.

When looking for a hotel to stay at there are many things we take into consideration --First we love modern accommodations and the SprillHill Suites met that standard. The hotel is fairly new, modernly decorated and very clean which is a MUST!

Next we look at the convenience of the location and the SpringHill Suites was conveniently located right off the main parkway near some of our favorite things in Pigeon Forge. It's within a very short distance of Starbucks, Gigi's Cupcakes, the Applebarn Restaurant, MagiQuest and the Comedy Barn Theatre just to name a few! It's also a very short drive to Gatlinburg and Sevierville.

Hotel amenities are also very important to us. We loved that our room was very spacious and offered a walk-in closet. The hotel offers a free breakfast buffet that was great and our kids loved the free suckers available at the front counter. We also love staying connected while on vacation or traveling and we enjoyed the hotels complimentary High-Speed Internet Access.

Something else that is very important to us is family friendliness. The SpringHill Suites has a nice outdoor pool with a waterslide, an outdoor whirlpool and also offers an indoor pool all with complimentary swim towels. The only thing we were a little disappointed about was that the pools were only open until 10 pm and by the time we took in evening shows the pools were just closing when we returned. The boys' would have loved to swim for a half hour before bedtime and it would have been nice to wind down out by the pool watching them.

Overall our stay was fabulous and we would definitely stay there again. If you're looking for a great place to stay while visiting Pigeon Forge, TN we highly recommend you checking into the SpringHill Suites by Marriot!
