(The Jackson Five Family blog received a complimentary stay while participating in the GWL Ask-A-Mom panel. However, all opinions are honest and our own!)
Last weekend we went to Great Wolf Lodge, one of our favorite places to get away for a few days. We really enjoy going when they have holiday events going on and this time we planned it around Halloween or "Howl-O-Ween" as the lodge calls it.
It's a month long celebration in October of dance parties, trick or treat trails, not-so-scary clock tower story times, pumpkin painting and so much more.
Of course the boys loved the waterpark, but they had so much fun doing the other things available during Howl-O-Ween.
They loved wearing their costumes while playing MagiQuest (their fave of all fave things to do at the lodge), playing oversized checkers and connect four in the lobby, watching the magician and having balloon animals made and they had a blast trick or treating where they received full packs of Halloween PEEPS and other ghostly treats!
It was such a fun weekend where lots of memories were made! Once checked in we do not leave for the weekend.
At Great Wolf Lodge you have everything you need to stay and play. From great food, to the fun gift shop and awesome staff that takes care of you from the minute you arrive I promise you'll have a great time when you book a stay!
Now for a few SHOUT OUTS --We really appreciate the awesome lady who cleaned up a puke accident in our room thanks to too much food and candy one night. We also LOVE the young guy who serves bacon, ham and sausage in the Loose Moose Cottage Buffet. He's been there almost every time we've went and he always compliments us, asks us how our stay has been and always says that he hopes we come back! One last shout out to the guy who jumped our car when it was dead upon leaving. We didn't wait 5 minutes and he was there for the rescue and to get us on our way! We appreciate them all!!
